Paul Stow

(Managing Director)

As a fourth generation Stow, Paul holds a key interest in environmental sustainability within the waste industry. He has delivered positive outcomes to many clients in various industries during his 30 years in the business. His passion extends to involvement in various industry forums and the Victorian Waste Management Association. As the leader of the business, Paul has embedded a culture focused on customer service and building strong relationships. His continued involvement with key contacts across the client board has supported ongoing growth with consistent quality service.

Imran Darwiche

(Operations Manager)

With over 10 years’ experience at Stows and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Transport and Logistics, Imran holds proficient knowledge and experience in operations, finance, strategic marketing, procurement, tendering, human resources and contracting. Imran’s passion for logistics and the waste industry continues to grow. His strong leadership skills inspire a positive culture and drive morale to continuously improve performance. Imran fosters strong customer relationships through continuous engagement, tailoring each service to clients needs and reporting on key criteria relevant to each client.

Hannah Stewart

(Operations Supervisor)

With 6 years’ experience in the water and sewer infrastructure industry and 4 years within waste management at Stows, Hannah demonstrates exceptional knowledge with operations, scheduling, site compliance, reporting, training and customer service. Recently completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Hannah has strong organisational and planning skills to ensure all scheduled and emergency services are met.

Shirley Elton

(Administration Manager)

With over 30 years’ experience in both the private and public sector Shirley is always striving to achieve the highest standard possible. Shirley oversees all accounts payable, receivable and manages client compliance. Accustomed to working in a challenging and fast paced environment, particularly when dealing with multiple projects and priorities at the same time, Shirley has a proven track record in business administration and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of customer service is always achieved.

Dee Szadkowski

(Administration Assistant)

With over 20 years’ experience at Stows, Dee continues to achieve the best results for both our clients and her colleagues. Dee is accustomed to working in a fast paced work environment and an ever evolving industry.

Training & Qualifications

Stows Waste Management insures that all field operators are trained in various areas to accommodate for various industries and can identify and adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental issues. The following is a list of compulsory courses our operators are trained in.

  • Traffic Management
  • Confined Space
  • EPA Prescribed Waste Transport
  • Construction Industry (White Card)
  • First Aid

We also insure our staff are vaccinated against Hep A and B reducing their exposure to chronic infection.
